The Structures of The Sessions Are:

Traditional Paper Sessions: 15-minute presentations followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. 15 minutes at end for additional discussions.

Developmental Paper Sessions: Participating authors will read each others paper in advance. At the session, each author presents their ideas for 5 minutes, after which the group discusses for 10 minutes while the author listens without comment. The author then has 5 minutes at the end to rejoin the conversation..

Description of Chair/Discussant Roles:

The main responsibility of the Chair/Discussant is to keep things on time in Traditional Paper and Developmental Paper sessions.

The secondary responsibility is to facilitate discussion of the papers. This function is essential for Chair/Discussants in Developmental Paper sessions, but also important in Traditional ones. Chairs/Discussants should have read the papers in advance.

Coordinate Presentation Supplies:

Projectors will be provided for sessions. Computers will not be provided, nor will any other materials or supplies. Please contact the other presenters in your session to coordinate accordingly.
