2015 Keynote Address
David Sarkus, MS, CSP
"Leading from the Heart!; Moving Your People from I Gotta to I Wanna"  It's difficult for leaders to trust and understand the kinds of leadership, coaching and communications principles that must be used to help individuals and teams work safer on a regular basis.  In fact, some people don't know quite where to begin. David reveals a set of global principles that anyone can use to help improve ongoing safety attitudes, actions and awareness.  The principles that David shares have helped organizations reduce injury rates by 35% to more than 80% in just one year.  These same principles will help move your people from compliance to commitment, from gotta to wanna, and from I can to we can.
