Early Bird Registration: $175.00 (May 17, 2019 at 11:45 pm)
Regular Registration: $250.00 (after June 8, 2019 at 11:45 pm)
Walk-in or after Deadline Registration: $300.00 (June 9, 2019 - end of conference)
Cancellation policy
Refunds will be available until May 17th, 2019. $20.00 processing fee will apply.
Absolutely no refunds after May 17th, 2019.
*Parking is not included in the registration fees. If you are not staying at the Hampton Inn or the Hyatt Recency, you may park in the parking ramp across the street from the KI Convention Center. A skywalk is available to across from the parking ramp to the KI Convention Center.
Registration for Retirees is required. There is no Registration fee for Retirees to attend Annual Conference. However, Retiree's will need to pay for their own meals, lodging and transportation.
Registration in 2019
Kristy Yang is the Conference Registrar. Any questions about the online registration should be directed to Kristy. We will be taking advantage of technology to make registration more efficient for both attendees and Conference staff!
Register yourself online. The payment will only be accepted by debit/credit cards along with your online registration. This will save many staff hours and physical resources that would otherwise be spent processing registrations.
This year we will again be using scan codes on your name tags for your meal tickets.

Display Tables
All Boards, Committees and Agencies will have the first 2 weeks of registration available to reserve one table. All tables are 8 feet long and double draped. Two chairs will be provided.
On March 15, 2019 all tables will be released to the public. If your Board, Committee or Agency would like an additional table you may contact Kristy Yang at 608-837-7328 after March 15, 2019.
