               SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS 



SPONSORSHIP CONFIRMATION: All sponsorship can now be ordered and paid online www.unmannedsystems.ca

SALES TAX: All sponsorship purchases are charged tax based on the location of the conference. If you are tax exempt please provide your tax exempt certificate to the conference coordinator.

REFUND POLICY: For Sponsorships paid in full prior to October 3, 2017. Refunds only issued if the Sponsorship is resold. A 50% processing fee will be applied. No refunds will be granted after October 3, 2017.

SPONSORSHIP COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS: Complimentary conference registrations that are included in the sponsor purchase include meals and attendance at speaking sessions. They do not include the one-year membership in Unmanned Systems Canada.

SPEAKING AT SPONSORED EVENT: Sponsors for evening networking receptions and meals are afforded the opportunity to make a short address to attendees (5 minute maximum). Coordination of that address must be made with the conference coordinator a minimum of 30 days prior to the sponsored event. Unmanned Systems will make an announcement during the event, thanking the sponsor, identifying the representatives in attendance, and other additional information where applicable.

SIGNAGE AND/OR PRESENTATIONS AT SPONSORED EVENT: Unmanned Systems Canada provides event signage with the Sponsor’s logo clearly visible. If the Sponsor wishes to include additional signage or AV presentations at a sole-sponsored event, they must coordinate with the conference coordinator at least 60 days prior to the event. Pop-up signage referred to herein is the type that comes in an over-the-shoulder bag, not full booth-backs that are referred to as Pop-up booth backs. In all cases, additional signage locations are determined by Unmanned Systems Canada in conjunction with the venue. The aforementioned signage is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide, once approved, in a timely manner prior to the event. The Sponsor shall be liable for any additional associated charges levied by the Venue or sub-provider

BENEFITS: Unused sponsor benefits associated with different sponsorships are non-transferable and if unused will be considered closed.

LIABILITY: Unmanned Systems Canada and the Host Venue shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur to the Sponsors employees (public or other), and any other person, from any cause whatsoever, prior, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the Sponsorship contract. The Sponsor, upon signing the contract, expressly releases Unmanned Systems Canada, its employees, its general service contractor and/or the convention centre and agrees to indemnify and defend the same against any and all claims for such loss, damages, or injury.
