Where is UnmannedCanada 2017 located this year?
UnmannedCanada 2017 will take place in Toronto, Canada from November 1 – 3 and will be held in the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel and Suites.

When is the early bird registration deadline?
Monday July 31, 2017

What does the conference registration include?
All registrants have access to all sessions and the exhibit floor. Breakfast, a morning break, lunch, an afternoon break are provided each day. On Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 – 7 pm we host a networking reception.

I registered, but have not received a confirmation. How do I get another one sent to me?

I registered, but I'd like to add the off-site event to my registration. How can I do that?
Go here to modify your registration by using the email address and log in you designated. For difficulties, please email conference@unmannedsystems.ca to update your registration.

I need a letter in order to obtain a Visa. Whom do I contact?

Is the Friday Evening off-site event included in the fee for the conference?
No. The Friday Evening off-site event is not included with the conference fees and is a paid optional event.

What do I need to do to qualify for the student rate?
To qualify for the student rate, you must submit proof of full-time status during the online registration process. Full-time status is defined as:
• Certificate program: minimum of 12 non-credit hours
• Associate or Undergraduate: minimum of 12 credit hours
• Graduate: minimum of 9 credit hours
• Postdoc or fellowship program
• Residency program
NOTE: Individuals applying for the student rate may not hold a full-time equivalent (FTE) position.
Eligibility for student membership differs from the eligibility for the student conference rate.
Proof of status includes the following credentials: transcript, letter from department chair on official university letterhead, copy of class schedule for Spring Semester of 2017 (Student ID alone is not an acceptable form).
Please note, your badge will say “Student” at the bottom.

What is your Cancellation &/or Refund Policy?
For delegate registrations paid in full prior to October 3, 2017, less 20% administration fee. No refunds will be granted after October 3, 2017. Registrations refunds must be submitted in writing to conference@unmannedsystems.ca
For exhibitor registrations paid in full prior to September 30, 2017, refunds will only be reissued if all booths are resold.  A 20% processing fee will be applied. No refunds will be offered after October 3, 2017.

What is the dress code for the conference?
Recommended attire for all sessions and social events is business casual.

I have already registered for the conference, but would like to register another person. How do I do this?
To add a guest to your existing conference registration, please go in to "modify registration", click through your current registration to the end where it asks "would you like to register 
Alternatively, simply start a "new registration".
