APPLICATION & POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract Submission
Word limit: Word limit is 500 OR 4000 characters, whichever parameter is reached first.  

 Submission deadline: The deadline for applications and abstracts as been extended to August 25, 2014 at 5 p.m. (EDT). All submissions will be reviewed. Submitters will be sent the final details concerning the poster competition and comments from reviewers (if applicable) by September 10, 2014 (subject to change).

Applications and poster abstract submission available online only. 

Abstract update: Submitting authors will be able to make edits to their abstract(s) according to reviewer comments (if applicable) at https://www.eiseverywhere.com/eselectv2/frontend/index/91467. Reviewer comments will be sent to each submitting author by Tuesday, September 16. 
To start editing, submitting authors will have to login using the link above, click on the abstract to update, and click on Edit on the right hand side of the screen. When edits are complete, click 'Save & Submit'.

Poster Development 
Posters will be mounted on poster boards that will be provided by the 2nd Annual TVN Conference on Improving Care for the Frail Elderly. Maximum poster size is 6 feet (182.88 cm) wide x 3 feet (91.44 cm) vertical. Posters do not have to be this exact size but must fit in this allocated space.  TVN will supply velcro to mount your poster.

Awards
There will be $500 cash award for the top poster in each of the three poster categories.  



Hold the following dates
Posters must be installed on Sunday, September 21, 2014 between 8:30 am and 12 noon.
Takedown is on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm


Posters will be on display from 12 pm on Sunday, September 21 to 2:00 pm on Tuesday September 23.

Applicants must be at their poster displays during the following times (and are encouraged to be there during other breaks and meals):

Sunday, September 21
5:05 pm to 6:00 pm (NEW TIMES!)- Opening Networking Reception

Monday, September 22
9:30 am to 10:00 am - Break (judging)
12 noon to 1:00 pm - Lunch (judging)
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Break (judging)
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Networking Reception/Poster Awards Presentation
