Refund/Cancellation Policy:

An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before October 31st, 2017. NO REFUNDS after October 31st. Cancellations within 10 days before the event must be on compassionate or medical grounds. No-shows will be charged full fees. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge.
