How do I get to the venue from the hotels?
 
The Hilton Garden Inn:
1.) Head southeast on W. 35th St. towards 5th Ave
2.) Turn right on to 5th Ave. Destination will be on the left side of the street.
 
The Roger Hotel:
1.) Head southwest on Madison Ave toward E. 30th St.
2.) Turn right on to E. 30th St.
3.) Turn left on to 5th Ave. Destination will be on the left side of the street.

What is the attire for the conference?
The attire for both, the Advanced Training Session on Monday, and the main Conference Tuesday and Wednesday, is business casual, but we've designed a relaxed atmosphere--jeans are definitely okay.
 
When does the conference open?
The Advanced Training Session begins at 10:30AM and will conclude at 4:00 PM.
 
The Conference will begin with breakfast and networking at 8:30AM, both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

What will the training session be covering? And do we need to bring our own computers? 
The training day will mostly cover eSocial and eSelect and will incorporate deeper items of eReg, as well as other parts of the system. We will be providing computers for you to use, as this is a hands on session. 
 
Will there be wifi onsite? 
Yes, There will be full wifi on site.
 
Will there be a media presence at the conference?
Yes, we will have 2 photographers and 2 video cameras going at all times. We would love, love, love to have you provide us a video testimonial. (Interested? Let us know!)
 
When is the Drink Pink Party?
The party on Tuesday starts right after the educational sessions and it's perfectly fine to roll right in with what you wore during the day...extra points for including pink!
