The first of 9 major projects of national scale that would have a major impact on value creation and a better quality of life is the SABER Refinery project. The current, best location for a new refinery in Canada is Sarnia-Lambton where such an investment fits the third leg of the growth strategy of bio-chemical, biofuel, and levering strengths of the 150 years of oil processing and petrochemical experience. This refinery can be built now with no need for new pipelines.
