Before you register, please note these important tips:
  • Program areas will overlap. Please plan accordingly if you will attend events for more than one TDA program.
  • Your email address will be your unique username in the registration system. Only one email address will be allowed per person registering.
  • You can add an additional “Notification Email” if you need to copy information about your registration to another email account.
  • Contracting Entities (CEs) will be asked to provide their 5-digit TDA CE ID in the registration system. Please have that ready if you are a CE.
  • When you register, you will be asked to indicate your interest in program-specific breakout sessions and special events offered during the conference. This will allow us to plan breakout session space. You can modify your selections until March 6, 2020. 


Cancellation Policy
 
The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is pleased to provide this FREE event for eligible attendees operating as Contracting Entities within TDA's nutrition programs.

Unfortunately, free events experience as much as 25% no shows and late cancellations. This results in empty seats, wasted resources, and registrants denied the opportunity to attend.

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, let us know as soon as possible. You can modify or cancel your registration by using the Modify Registration link on this website.

 
Photo Release Statement

TDA will be taking digital photographs and video at events throughout the conference. The photographs and video will be used to promote TDA programs in any manner including, but not limited to, TDA newsletters, publications, media releases, brochures, and the TDA website. Whenever possible, the media will be captioned with the names of the people appearing in the images. 

By registering for this conference, you grant permission for TDA to use your image for the purposes stated above.
