| Room rate is $167 per night for one individual. Each additional person in a room is an additional $25 per person, per night. All rooms are subject to applicable sales tax, currently 6% state, 9% city and 1.75% county taxes. |

| To receive the event hotel rates and assure SWLC is properly credited, make your reservations during the online registration process. Early registration will ensure your place at the hotel. We will honor your first choice, if rooms are available. Late reservations will be subject to availability. Cut-off date for reservations is Monday, December 14th. If you are sharing a room, only one person should make the reservation. |

| Changes & Cancellation Policy |

| Any changes or cancellations to hotel reservations need to be emailed to info@wciconferences.org. Hotel cancellations much be made 72 hours prior to your selected arrival date or your credit card will be charged for one night room and tax. |
