| Cancellation Policy |
| EVENT CANCELLATON / NO-SHOW In the event of cancellation prior to June 16, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after June 16, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge registrants a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of their registration fee. |
| WORKSHOP REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW In the event of cancellation prior to June 19, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on or after June 19, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge all workshop registrants a cancellation fee equivalent of 25€. This fee will not be assessed on top of the event cancellation fee as described above. |
