IMPORTANT DEADLINES
February 23, 2018      Early Bird Deadline - $100 discount ends
April 6, 2018                Late Deadline - after this date a $250 late fee applies

Each 10’ × 10’ booth includes pipe, drape, a one-line identification sign and two exhibit representatives. All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshow Services, the official service contractor company for SOMSA. Black and grey fleck aisle carpet will be provided; for comfort and booth appeal floor covering is suggested, but not mandatory. Exhibit booth pipe and drape will be black and silver. 

NEW THIS YEAR! All exhibitor and sponsor names, logos and descriptions will be listed on the SOMA Vendor Directory, located on the SOMA website, through June 30, 2018. The directory listing will provide your company with exposure to all SOMA members and website visitors. It is highly encouraged to submit your logo and description with your registration as the Vendor Directory will be updated weekly as registrations and exhibit information is received. Subscriptions to extend your listing on the Vendor Directory past June 30th are available. For more information please visit the Exhibit Enhancements page. 

BOOTH TYPES


Prime: Prime Booth space is indicated on the Exhibit Floor Plan with the symbol (P). This symbol indicates booth space that is preferable because of its location. These locations are expected to have high visibility due to the placement of the hall entrance and conference refreshments and meals.  

Standard: Standard booths are all booths not marked with the symbol (P) or islands.  

Small Business: Businesses with 50 or fewer employees qualify for standard booths at a discounted rate. The Small Business discount is only for standard booths – booths marked with a ‘P’ must be purchased at the Prime rate. Documentation showing proof of business size must be provided to receive the discount code.  

Nonprofit: 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations qualify for standard booths at a discounted rate. The nonprofit discount is only for standard booths – booths marked with a ‘P’ must be purchased at the Prime rate. An IRS verification letter must be provided to receive the discount code.    


CONFERENCE SHIPMENTS
Absolutely no shipments should be sent directly to the convention center before May 14, 2018. Any materials sent directly to the convention center prior to May 14 may be refused by the convention center. Costs incurred by Viper Tradeshow Services or SOMA due to shipment receiving and storage including all material handling charges, will be billed to the exhibiting company.  

OFFICIAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR
Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for SOMSA 2018. A service kit will be emailed to the company contact provided during the application process. BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES
Your exhibit booth fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative badges. Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include conference registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full assembly or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates in order to receive continuing education hours. Assembly registration can be accessed by visiting the SOMA Website

Additional booth representative badges can be purchased for $100 each and include access to the exhibit hall and SOMSA meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days, including the Welcome Reception. To receive your complimentary badges you must use the code provided in your booth representative registration email that was sent following your confirmation.
