Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made by February 6, 2013 will be subject to cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel by February 6, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence/PR News decided to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence/PR News is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the attendees. Note: All payments must be received before entering the event.


Credit Cards and checks are accepted for payment. Please note that the charges will show on your credit card statements as Access Intelligence/Chem Week.
