Aims

To help the Board Secretaries further develop their understanding of governance and the links between it and Board Diversity.

This session will draw on the work of Changing the Chemistry and also a research project that is being run jointly by the Scottish Government and the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life, ''What Difference Does Diversity Make to Your Board's Governance''.
