Pall Arnason serves as the Vice President, Global IT Delivery for Owens & Minor (O&M), a Richmond, Virginia area based global Fortune 300 Healthcare Logistics company. Prior to joining O&M in 2012, Pall served in the Department of Defense as the Director of Logistics for the Air Combat Electronics Program Office and Program Manager for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter’s Autonomic Logistics Information Systems (ALIS) with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). In his role with the F-35 Program, he was responsible for directing the implementation and sustainment of the multi-service Cybersecurity Program for ALIS. Pall grew up in the Richmond, Virginia area. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (with distinction). In his spare time, Pall enjoys spending time with his children, volunteering in the community, and participating in the many cultural and recreational activities available in the Richmond Area.

Troy M. Bettencourt joined Secureworks in December of 2015, as a Senior Incident Response Consultant for the Secureworks Security and Risk Consulting - Incident Response (SRC-IR) team, focusing primarily on active response efforts for ongoing cybersecurity incidents within Secureworks’ client environments. In 2016, he was selected as the SRC-IR Consultant of the Year. Prior to joining Secureworks, Troy was a federal agent with the US Department of the Treasury and the US Department of Defense where he investigated cybercrime and cyberespionage against US Government information systems. He has more than twelve years of digital forensics experience and three years of eDiscovery experience, with assignments in incident response/digital forensic investigations as an investigator and manager, and as the National eDiscovery Project Manager for a federal government agency. Troy is experienced in planning, coordinating, conducting, and leading technical investigations of an extremely complex nature, involving highly critical and sensitive issues. He previously served as a Liaison Officer to the US Army Computer Emergency Response Team (ACERT) and the Joint Task Force - Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) and was the lead investigator of a high-profile, multi-agency, joint investigation involving the unlawful disclosure of more than 250,000 classified documents described as “the biggest leak of classified material in US history.” Troy has testified in US federal and state courts in support of his investigations. Bettencourt has earned amongst others, the following digital forensics/incident response certifications: GCFE, GCFA, GPEN, EnCE, ACE, and Nuix Certified Examiner. Troy is also a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a graduate of Troy University with a masters degree in Public Administration.

James Bettke joined Secureworks in January 2015 as a Security Researcher. He currently focuses his efforts on tracking and disrupting Business Email Compromise (BEC). Previously he served as an advisor to the CTO developing everything from honeypots to circuit boards. Prior to Joining SecureWorks, James worked as a Threat Analyst at PhishLabs dissecting mobile malware, phishing kits, and taking down malicious infrastructure. Before that he worked as a Computer Scientist at WetStone Technologies developing forensic tools and Steganography detection algorithms. His research has appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Wired. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Ryan Marcotte Cobb joined Secureworksin 2013 as an Incident Response Consultant before taking on his current role in the Counter Threat Unit (CTU) Special Operations team. His responsibilities include the delivery of threat hunting engagements, training others on threat hunting techniques and procedures, and the development of internal tools to assist with threat hunting and incident response operations. Ryan is an avid Pythonista with experience writing forensic tools, data analysis pipelines, security product integrations, and web applications. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with degrees in philosophy and digital forensics.

Mike Cote became chairman and CEO of Secureworks in February of 2002 and led the company through an acquisition by Dell in February of 2011. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become one of the leading security services firms. Prior to joining Secureworks, Cote held executive positions with Talus Solutions, a pricing and revenue management software firm acquired by Manugistics in 2000. Cote joined Talus from MSI Solutions, a web application development and systems integration company where he was Chief Operating Officer. In addition to other technology executive roles, Cote's early career included international assignments with KPMG. Cote's leadership style is marked by open communication, high integrity, and a customer-centric philosophy. Cote is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Business Executives for National Security. He is a graduate of Boston College with a double major in computer science and accounting.

Richard Cox is the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Atlanta. Mr. Cox was appointed by Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms to oversee all City operating departments and related agencies, including Aviation, Police, Fire, Corrections, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, Planning, Public Works, Watershed Management, Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, sustainability and Enterprise Assets. The budget for the City is approximately $2 billion per year. Mr. Cox is serving the City of Atlanta on loan from his position as Vice President at Cox Automotive. Before joining the public sector, Mr. Cox was responsible for the Client Advising and Performance team of Dealer.com. In his previous role, he was responsible for Business Operations and Customer Care across Cox Automotive Media Solutions, which included the Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book brands. His team included Customer Operations, Consumer Operations, Analytics, and the overall Customer Experience. Mr. Cox held operational leadership positions with several organizations such as Orbitz and Worldspan. He began his career at Worldspan, an Atlanta based travel technology and content provider, offering electronic distribution of travel information, Internet products and connectivity. He held several positions during his 11-year tenure at Worldspan, including Director of Worldwide Operations. Prior to joining Autotrader in 2013, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Jones International University (JIU), a Denver online-based university. Prior to his tenure at JIU, he served as Vice President of Customer Experience at Orbitz Worldwide, a leading online travel company, where he provided organizational strategy and was responsible for customer care, quality assurance, vendor and workforce management. Mr. Cox has a Master of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.

Ryan Davidsen is VP of Worldwide Security Solutions at Secureworks, where he leads Security Engineering and Solutions Architecture for Secureworks’ Managed Security and Consulting Services. He has 20 years of information technology, security and software experience. At Secureworks, Davidsen is responsible for the teams that engineer and architect intelligence driven security solutions for clients. Utilizing a vendor neutral approach, managed security solutions are designed to combine machine and human intelligence to minimize risk and leverage existing security investments to enhance existing security programs. Prior to Secureworks, Mr. Davidsen led Digital, IT, and Cloud Transformation initiatives at EMC and has held senior leadership positions at EMC, the EMC Information Intelligence Group, PTC, Inktomi, and Selectica. Mr. Davidsen holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Matt DeMatteo is a Global Solution Lead focused on developing and promoting Secureworks’ Security Management and Monitoring services. Matt joined Secureworks in 2007 as a Security Analyst in the Providence, RI SOC. Matt has been working directly with clients for the past ten years as a Presales Engineer, Account Manager, and Solution Principal. His goal is to help design Secureworks services that delivery value and work with Secureworks global sales force to promote best practices in solution design. Matt has a passion for understanding client’s business needs and unique risks. Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island, where he also was the Director of the Digital Forensics Lab.

Katherine Fithen has been a leader in information security for more than 25 years. She is a Managing Principal Consultant for the SecureWorks Security & Risk Consulting team. Inthis role she is focused on proactive information security and privacy incident management that prepares our clients to respond effectively and efficiently when an incident strikes by ensuring that they have defined, implemented, and exercised the necessary plans and processes, and by augmenting client incident management capabilities during an incident.Katherine retired as the Chief Privacy Officer and Director of Governance & Compliance from The Coca-Cola Company in July 2017. During her tenure of 15 years at The Coca-Cola Company, Katherine created the computer forensics and incident response program, created the Privacy Office, and took on the leadership of the Global IT Governance & Compliance team to expand and enhance the team’s capabilities.Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Katherine was the Senior Manager of the CSIRT (Computer Security & Incident Response Team) Program at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she co-led the creation of the CSIRT Program. This Program prepared pwc clients to develop their capability to prepare for and effectively respond to computer security incidents, including the ability to conduct computer forensics investigations.During her ~10 years at the CERT®, she was the Manager and public spokesperson for CERT. As the Manager, she led the incident response, vulnerability management, and assessments of client programs. As the spokesperson, she testified before the Subcommittee on Crime of the House Committee on the Judiciary and the Subcommittee on Criminal Justice Oversight of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on the Melissa virus, and has given more than 2,000 TV, radio, and newspaper interviews.Katherine has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Management, a Master of Arts in Personnel Management, and a Master ofScience in Information Science.Katherine is a frequent speaker at conferences on information security and privacy, and is on several advisory boards for security and privacy. Puneet is an experienced Information Security professional with over 16 years of experience in Information Security. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) with, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation certifications. He has lead various areas like Risk Management, Compliance Assurance, Security Operations and developed programs around the various services like Threat Management, Vulnerability Management within Information Security domain. He has been instrumental in working with various global organizations within financial services, manufacturing and healthcare and helping them defining the security programs at the corporate level. Puneet’s extensive experience includes defining strategies, frameworks, governance models, implementing various programs in the risk management and security operations portfolios and working closely with the clients to build trust relationships and high quality Security program.

Wayne Haber, CISSP has been in the security space for over 20 years. He is a senior director of software engineering at Secureworks and is responsible for multiple teams including the TSG (Technology Solutions Group) Security Engineering team. This team is responsible for the security of the software and services that Secureworks develops and maintains for our clients (CTP, Red Cloak, iSensor, CTA/Inspector, etc.). Wayne has previously presented at multiple conferences including RSA and HIMSS.

Kevin Hanes is Secureworks’ Chief Operating Officer and has responsibility for our Security Risk and Consulting business, global client service and delivery of our managed security services. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Computing for Dell, where he was responsible for infrastructure outsourcing, consulting and cloud computing offerings. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in a Computer Systems Management from Saint Edwards University, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Kevin has two patents issued and 12 pending in the area of services automation.

Col. (Retired) Barry Hensley leads Secureworks' Counter Threat Unit™ (CTU) and Cyber Threat Analysis Center (CTAC). The CTU™ is an expert group of security researchers who identify and analyze emerging threats while developing countermeasures to protect our clients. CTAC are leading security analysts embedded in our Security Operations Centers (SOC) worldwide. The CTU and CTAC partnership enables the team to quickly apply our threat intelligence to the day-to-day client consultations. Barry is also the former Director of the Army's Global Network Operations and Security Center (AGNOSC). Barry served in various leadership positions at all levels within the communications and information security career field throughout his 24-year Army career. Barry holds a BBA in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University, an M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the National War College.

Lindi Horton joined Secureworks in July of 2018 to support Secureworks in its ongoing cloud security mission. Under her leadership, Secureworks will be evolving and extending its comprehensive cloud security portfolio. Prior to joining Secureworks, Lindi held product and strategy leadership positions at DXC Technologies supporting public, hybrid, and multi-cloud managed services. She also brings to Secureworks her product experience in building products that improve the way enterprises work. Lindi’s leadership style is marked by customer-empathy, authentic responsibility, and high degree of integrity philosophy. Lindi’s passion is in developing high performance teams. She spends her free time volunteering with leadership consulting and management company, Echelon Front and working with 4-H kids. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in computer science.

Hadi Hosn joined Secureworks in January 2014 and currently leads our Presales Consulting Solutions globally, working on our go to market consulting offerings, thought leadership with regular webcast presentations and blogs, and positioning of consulting in client conversations. Hadi’s background and experience is in Security Consulting and Risk Management having helped multiple clients globally, across several industries understand their current state of security risk, develop programs and projects to help reduce the risk to an acceptable level and provide on-going advice and support leveraging good practice frameworks and Secureworks experience. Hadi’s early career included Cyber Security consulting roles with Deloitte in the UK. More recently Hadi has been helping large multinational organisations initiate their General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance programs in preparation for May 2018. Hadi is a CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor and Implementer, and Certified GDPR Practitioner. He is a graduate of Royal Holloway University of London with a Masters’ degree in Information Security.

Trenton has been a technophile his entire life. After receiving a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry, he decided to switch gears and pursue his lifelong passion of technology and information security. Before joining Secureworks, Trenton worked on internal teams within the healthcare and financial sector. This provided hands-on experience with large networks, complex systems, and the politics of information security. He has been a security consultant and penetration tester for over seven years. In that time, he has breached the networks and systems of clients ranging from small startups with only a few employees, to several companies on the Fortune 500 list. Trenton acted as the Red Team technical lead for Secureworks Adversary Group for two years and now helps lead Offensive Research and Development for Adversary Group and CTU Special Operations. Trenton is actively engaged in the information security community, and has given talks at conferences and events, including DerbyCon, Cyphercon, ShowMeCon, BSides Chicago, OWASP, InfraGard, and more.

Tony joined Secureworks in 2015 as an IR consultant on Team Echo, working with clients on IR planning and exercises. He has received tremendous positive client feedback, and he has contributed substantially to the maturation of that team and its services. In August, Tony took the role of Incident Commander, responding to large incidents where clients need incident management support. Before coming to Secureworks, Tony was the cyber intelligence and incident response lead for Monsanto Company, where he created and led a cybersecurity incident response team that responded to many different types of cyberattacks. He has also held leadership positions in security operations, engineering, and GRC, spanning a cybersecurity career of 18 years. Tony is a 22-year veteran of the Missouri Army National Guard, attaining the rank of lieutenant colonel before retiring in 2014. Tony spent most of his Army career in cybersecurity and was a founding member of the Missouri National Guard’s seven-person computer emergency response team in 2000. In 2011, Tony transformed this team into a nationally recognized cyber team.

Sanjeev has Lead large scale complex engagements for Information security across North America covering multiple compliance and regulatory requirements around NIST 800-53 Rev 4 (FedRAMP), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), ISO 270xx series, New York Cyber Security Law, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ITAR, HIPAA MURA and custom Information Security for large to very large global organization (Banking and Investments, Cloud Service Providers, Oil & Gas, Education, Government, Commercial, Manufacturing and Chemicals) Sanjeev has designed and architected cloud solutions ranging from 2 million to 268 million large organization and cloud service providers. Prior to Secureworks, He was associated with Dell as Chief Architect for Cloud, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. He has held multiple roles in the past for management consulting British Telecoms (BT), Microsoft and IBM. He is graduate with Advance Diploma in Computer science with multiple certification in Information technology and security.

Allen brings more than 15 years’ experience in product management to Carbon Black. He oversees a team of product managers who are transforming endpoint security through data analytics in the cloud. Prior to joining Carbon Black, he held senior roles role while with Gomez, Compuware and Vivox. Allen holds a MBA in Management from Babson and BS in Management from Bryant University.

Jeremy Manning is currently an Advisory Security Engineer supporting the Secureworks Counter Threat Unit™ (CTU). Prior to assuming this role he served for three years as the Senior Manager leading the Threat Intelligence Support team of the Secureworks CTU which provides clients with direct CTU research team escalation support for TI related enrichment questions as well as malware analysis of suspicious samples. Prior to joining Secureworks, Jeremy was Director of IT and Security for a privately held regional distributor of bulk fuel, oil and lubricants. Additionally, Jeremy spent 14 years with a Fortune 500 financial services organization supervising in various roles including infrastructure, database administration, web development, and security. He is actively involved with youth activities including Boy Scout of America where he is currently Cubmaster, as well as coaching boys youth lacrosse.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy, he served five years as an Army Signal Officer achieving the rank of Captain.

Linda Marcone has over 15 years of Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Fraud Prevention experience. Throughout her career, she has built and transformed Information Security Programs and Teams, worked with Federal Law Enforcement & NCFTA to take down an international fraud ring, promoted diversity in the workplace and acted as a mentor. She is currently serving as a member of the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) / Evanta governing body for the CISO community. Linda joined Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) in 2015 as the Head of Information Security. She is building the Information Security Program from the ground up for the $3B industry leader in bedding manufacturing & eCommerce. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance at Cox Communications, Manager of Information Security and Fraud Prevention at AutoTrader.com, as well as security analyst & engineering roles while at Earthlink.

Karen joined McLaren in March 2018 as Group Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining McLaren, Karen held global IT leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, TJX (owner of TK Maxx & Homes) and JAB Luxury Group (Jimmy Choo, Bally and Belstaff). Karen is passionate about using technology to improve customer experience. She believes it is this focus that ensures IT deliver their best every day, enabling colleagues and partners to succeed. Karen graduated from the University of Otaga, New Zealand with a BCom in Finance and Accounting. In her spare time, being a self self-admitted adrenalin junkie, she enjoys mountain biking, open water swimming and skiing. Her childhood love of cars lives on as a motorsport fan.

Terrence “Terry” McGraw is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Army and now serves as the Secureworks Vice President of Strategic Planning and Delivery Transformation, and charged with the design and continual improvement of our managed cyber security services we deliver to over 4,400 commercial clients globally through our six Counter Threat Operations Centers. The Secureworks client base represents every vertical market and all sizes and complexities of architecture. Our client base offers a unique insight into the threat landscape and provides actionable intelligence incorporated into all of our services. Terry retired from the United States Army in 2014 completing 27 years of service; the last 10 years of his Army career were leading key Cyber initiatives for the Army’s Network Enterprise and Technology Command, Army Cyber Command and the National Security Agency (NSA). He has multiple combat tours with his culminating assignment, serving as the Director of Operations, Task Force Signal Afghanistan, 160th Signal Brigade (FWD), providing all strategic communications infrastructure in the theater of operations, with a combined team of over 1946 soldiers and civilians deployed in the region.

Timothy McKenzie joined Secureworks in 2014 as a principal consultant leading large Red Team projects. Timothy has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security. Timothy has implemented and managed the security infrastructure and programs for state government, defense contractor, and financial organizations. Timothy enjoys using his broad understanding of enterprise technology to identify weaknesses in organization's infrastructure and helping to explain the impact of an attacker exploiting those vulnerabilities. Timothy teach web application and network penetration testing courses for SANS at the Community and Certified Instructor Candidate levels. Timothy has numerous industry certifications including GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Kathy Memenza is Vice President of Global Information Security for Hilton and has more than 25 years of information technology industry experience including 15 years as a senior leader in cyber security. In her current role, Ms. Memenza is accountable for establishing and managing Hilton’s global cyber security program. Responsible for managing a cross functional team leveraging a flexible framework to address the ever-changing global regulatory landscape and evolving cyber threats spanning 103+ countries and territories. Kathy possesses in-depth experience in developing scalable solutions, with a proven ability to solve business challenges through innovative solutions while managing costs and risks. Ms. Memenza and her technology and security teams have applied for multiple patents for innovations in addressing various technology, network and data security challenges. In addition, Ms. Memenza was named Mid-Atlantic Information Security Executive of the Year by Executive Alliance. In her previous roles, Kathy was responsible for in the strategy, architecture, engineering and management of reliable, scalable, and cost effective infrastructure and application technology services, including Application Hosting and Capacity Management Services, Identity and Access Management, Business Intelligence, Network, End User Computing and Collaboration services. Ms. Memenza resides in Frederick, Maryland, with her husband and has five children.

Mihir Mistry has been leading the Secureworks Risk and Compliance practice for six years. Mistry is highly motivated and results oriented professional, who has successfully delivered IT and security-based projects and enjoys taking new challenges, customizing solutions and ensuring high delivery standards to meet customer excellence. He has a very diverse knowledge base and framework expertise that includes NIST, HIPAA, Critical Security Controls, GLBA, ISO, Cloud, PCI and others. As an expert in governance, risk and compliance, he has also assisted clients achieve better security awareness, manage threats effectively, build cloud strategy development, and vendor management programs. Mistry has also taught at graduate and undergraduate level courses at the University of Dallas. Mistry holds ISACA, ISSA, C|CISO, CISA certifications. He is a graduate from the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA (Cybersecurity) from the University of Dallas.

Alan O’Reilly is the Head of Security Operations for Standard Life Assurance Limited (SLAL). In the role he describes as “making sure that the bad guys don’t do bad stuff on our systems” he is responsible for the delivery of the operational security capabilities that protect a user base of around 8,000 staff in 46 global locations who manage, administer and advise on c£610bn of customer assets. In addition to his core role in overseeing the effective delivery of the SLAL operational security capability Alan spends much of his time reassuring executive stakeholders and external clients, regulators and customers on the protection of their information and assets. He has over 30 years’ experience within IT Operations, the last 20 of which have been in the IT Security space. He has created and built the security control and response capability within Standard Life from a zero base and has responded to shortages in the security skills market by blending highly capable emerging talent with experienced security professionals sourced from a range of industries. His approach has been to create a strong internal technical capability with support from experienced analysts and to supplement that with industry leading managed security services. He is a graduate of Aberdeen University with a post graduate qualification in Information Systems Technology from Robert Gordons University.

Michael Palmer is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for The National Football League. A business leader with deep technical expertise, he determines the NFL’s security strategy, policies and programs to meet the league’s corporate objectives while protecting its brand, intellectual property and assets. A proven leader, change agent and subject matter expert in risk management, Michael is a key member of the executive team. He established and chairs the NFL’s Information Risk Management Committee that identifies threats and vulnerabilities, the associated business risks and determines how to address them. With more than 20 years professional experience across multiple industries including finance, insurance, technology and retail, Michael builds and oversees teams and budgets. Passionate about cybersecurity, he works closely with his peers, providing guidance and sharing information. Michael has US Department of Homeland Security secret clearance and holds several industry certifications.

Jonathon Poling joined Secureworks in late 2011 as a Senior Consultant for the Secureworks Incident Response (IR) & Forensics team. Prior to joining the team, Poling served in a variety of government and contractor roles, beginning with performing Network Security Monitoring for the Department of Energy and later joining the Intelligence Community to lead Counterintelligence cyber investigations. Over the last 5+ years, Poling helped the IR team grow from a single digit number of US-only consultants to that of 70+ consultants across the globe by building and refining his team’s IR and Forensics skillsets in all major operating systems (Windows, Linux, OSX, and Cloud), augmenting and refining existing IR service lines, and developing new service lines from the ground up - to include a first-to-market Amazon Web Services (AWS) Incident Response and Forensics service line. Located in Silicon Valley, Jonathon is integrated within and regularly contributes to the tech industry’s DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) community through social media and his personal blog. In his client-facing work, he serves as Technical Lead on both US and Global Incident Response and Forensic engagements. Utilizing a wide array of his experience, training, skillsets, and passion for teaching, Jonathon helps clients quickly and effectively respond to and recover from breaches, as well as effectively develop, implement, and supply focused training for DFIR programs. Currently, Jonathon is focused on Orchestration and Automation development, leveraging his experience in IR to build intelligent strategies and playbooks that keep best practice security and response in mind. Jonathon is a graduate of The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Security, currently holding a variety of highly sought after certifications within his field.

Jon R. Ramsey is the Chief Technology Officer at Secureworks. Jon has 25 years of hands-on experience at every level: system administrator, software engineer, analyst, security penetration specialist and senior engineer. Prior to joining Secureworks, Jon worked for the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Siemens, and the University of Pittsburgh. Jon earned a Master's degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Christina Richmond is a Program Vice President for IDC's Security Services research practice. In this role, she is responsible for IDC's worldwide research and analysis on enterprise and service provider security consulting and integration services. She provides insightful market analysis and actionable recommendations to clients worldwide. Ms. Richmond is responsible for identifying trends and analyzing strategies that are key to the success of the security-focused IT suppliers, global system integrators, and service providers. In this role, she analyzes key issues faced by these suppliers examining their services strategies, ecosystems, strategic alliances, and partnering strategies in this complex and fast moving market segment.

Kevin Strickland is a Senior Incident Response Manager within the Security and Risk Consulting Incident Response group at Secureworks. He is responsible for managing complex enterprise cybersecurity incidents along with aspects of the investigation. Kevin has effectively directed incident response procedures in multi-million dollar breaches, leading technical analysis and providing effective containment and eradication recommendations to various clients globally. Before joining Secureworks, Kevin work ed for the Department of Defense as a Defense Contractor. In addition to extensive knowledge regarding active intrusion engagements, Kevin has worked with multiple organizations in developing Cybersecurity Incident Response plans, facilitating tabletop exercises, and Incident Management Workshops.

Chris Yule is one of the senior researchers in CTU responsible for analysing and understanding the cyber threat landscape, and disseminating that knowledge through the products and services Secureworks offers. With over 12 years’ experience in cyber security, Chris joined Edinburgh-based security consultancy DNS in 2009 which was acquired by Secureworks in 2010. Chris’s initial focus was to help build Secureworks’ Counter Threat Platform, before moving into the consultancy team to help some of Secureworks largest clients with their cyber security strategy, including projects to build and define Threat Intelligence functions. Chris joined the CTU in 2016 to concentrate on threat research, with a focus on new and emerging threats. He holds a first class honours Computing Science degree from the University of Aberdeen.
