For booths in the Exhibit Hall:

Exhibits are to be set up on Monday, June 5, from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and taken down on Thursday, June 8 between 4:00 and 5:00 PM
Location: Wassaja Rooms 109 & 110
Hours will be 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday

SAIGE Exhibits Coordinator Phil Hamel may be reached at phil.hamel@saige.org if you have questions about your space or electrical needs. Additionally, he will provide you with a password that you will need to register regardless of your payment option.

NOTE: The registration of your booth or your personal event registration here does not include your Hotel Reservation. Go to the Hotel Information page to find out how to do this. You must reserve your room by May 19 and reference SAIGE in order to get the group rate.
