Located next to Negril Tree House and a half a mile from the race start and located directly on Negril’s Seven Mile Beach.  One and a half acres fronting Negril Beach; one acre across the street from Beach.  All Guestrooms and Guest Facilities are located on the Beach side.    Each room has its own private patio.  Beds are King or Two Twins.  Premium Rooms are those closer to the beach or upstairs with better views. The Property is located within walking distance of several bars and restaurants including the “hub” of the beach strip:  Margaritaville.
