1st Assembly of the Regional Network
 

We welcome your registration to the Regional Network Assembly. The event will be held in Bangkok just after the HIV-NAT Symposium.  We also encourage you to attend the HIV-NAT Symposium by visiting the website at http://www.hivnat.org/bangkoksymposium

High Income Country/Multilateral Organisations Rate US$300

REGISTRATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning.
  1. Complete one form per person. 
     
  2. All information should be typed in upper and lower case  (eg William Smith) and telephone numbers in standard international format (eg +61 2 9265 0700).
     
  3. Email addresses  Please note that a unique email address must be used for each registration.
    If you are making the registration on behalf of someone else there is the facility to add your email address in the cc email fieldbelow to receive a copy of the confirmation and invoice. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS

Payment Options
All payment options are outlined on the registration site and are included in the confirmation email and on the tax invoice. Secure online credit card facilities provided by eWay.

Credit Card – Visa or Mastercard only – The card will be debited immediately for the entire amount.  Please note that we operate through a PCI compliant system with your CVV number not held together with credit card information. Payments are processed through a registered payment gateway (eWay) offering compliant payment systems.

Billing details – There is the facility to amend the billing details for invoicing. Please ensure that the organisation name and other details comply with your internal accounting requirements to avoid delays in payment. 

Tax Invoice/Receipt – Upon completion of registration, you will be able to view your Tax Invoice/Receipt online and either print it or email it to your organisation accounts department. 

CONFIRMATION – 
Upon completion of registration a confirmation email will be sent to you. This will include a link to your registration record and a link to your Tax Invoice/Receipt.
