How can I pay for my registration?- We can accept payment by credit and debit card or cheque. We do not accept payment by American Express. BACS payments must be accompanied by the booking reference number
- Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of booking. If registration takes place less than thirty days prior to the event, payment must be received before the conference date, 28 April 2015. BSR reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates for non-payment
Can I register on the day?Yes, onsite registration is open at the following times:
Monday 27 April (pre-conference): 16.00 - 20.00
Tuesday 28 April: 07:30 – 18.00
Wednesday 29 April: 06.50 – 18.00
Thursday 30 April: 07.45 – 16.00
Onsite registration fees will include an additional administration charge of £25 so it will be cheaper for you to register in advance - early bird tickets can be purchased until 30 January 2015. Please note that during the conference, the registration desk will be busy and you may need to queue. For both these reasons, we advise you to register before the conference begins on 28 April.

Will you post me a delegate badge? To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not deliver delegate passes. Please collect your badge on site during the following times:
Monday 27 April (pre-conference): 16.00 - 20.00
Tuesday 28 April: 08:00 – 19.00
Wednesday 29 April: 07.00 – 19.00
Thursday 30 April: 07.00 – 17.00
What is included in my conference ticket?- Entry to the scientific session of your choice on the days for which you have registered (BSR cannot guarantee capacity in any particular session, although we will do our best to avoid disappointment)
- Entry to the exhibition
- Delegate bag (subject to availability for those registering on site)
- Lunch and refreshments
- Entry to the president's reception on Tuesday 28 April
Can I attend the evening networking events with my conference registration?The Presidents' Reception, held on Tuesday 28 April is free to attend for delegates - you do not need to book.
If you would like to attend the conference dinner on Wednesday 29 April, you will need to buy a ticket in advance. You can do this using the main registration process, either with your conference registration or separately. More information about both the President's Reception and the Dinner will follow shortly.
I have dietary or access needs; how can I let the organisers know?During registration there is an opportunity to let us know about any dietary or access needs you may have. We will attempt to provide for all requirements within reason. If you have already registered and need to update your details or you have a severe allergy that may be affected by indirect contact with certain foods, please contact us directly.
I need help convincing my workplace / university to give me time off for the conference.To assist potential delegates who may require supporting letters to enable them to attend Rheumatology 2015, we have drafted two versions which can be amended and printed. In order to retrieve one of these letters you must pre-book and pay fully for your registration, and contact the BSR events team with your request.
I can't attend the conference any more, can a colleague go in my place?If you would like to amend the name on your booking, please contact the BSR events team. This will incur a booking change fee of £40 per non-member and £25 per member.
I can't attend the conference any more, can I get a refund?Cancellations received in writing by the BSR events team by 5pm on Friday 27 March 2015, may be refunded in full but will incur a cancellation fee of £40 per non-member and £25 per member. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received after this date, although substitutions may be made, this will incur a £20 administration fee.
