Cancellation deadlines
Exhibitors may cancel or withdraw subject to the following conditions:
| On or before 25 January 2013 | 25% of total stand cost due |
| Between 26 January and 14 March 2013 | 75% of total stand cost due |
| On or after 15 March 2013 | 100% of total stand cost due |
