Cancelation Fee:
A 100% refund will be granted for registrations cancelled by September 6, 2019, less a 7% cancelation fee. No refunds will be given after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via fax to 303-530-2691 or emailed to Brenda Ramirez at bramirez@executivevents.com NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER SEPTEMBER 6, 2019.
Changes:
Package changes or additions made after registering will result in a $25.00 fee per change made. No changes will be honored after September 6th, 2019. If a credit card must be changed, there is an additional 6% fee to cover credit card processing fee.
PAYMENTS
Payment Information:
Registrants who pay with a money order, cashiers check or via wire will not be registered in the system until the full payment is received with the signed registration form. Online registrations are for those paying by credit card only.
By Money Order or Cashiers Check: If paying by money order or cashiers check you must pay in one lump sum. Please make the money order payable to Kabbalah Centre and send both payment, and completed registration form to:

By Wire Transfer: If paying by wire transfer, fill out a manual registration form and send back by email or by fax (303-530-2691). You will then be sent wire transfer instructions. Please note, your registration will not be entered until proof of payment has been provided.
Payment Plan
The payment plan is designed for credit card payments ONLY. Only one credit card may be used. Those participating in the payment plan will be charged a $50 fee. Your payments will be divided equally based on the number of months you have booked in advance. The last payment will be processed on September 15th (i.e., if you register in July, you will be charged 1/3 on the date you register, 1/3 on August 15th, and 1/3 on September 15th).
