Registration Pricing
This year, you can look forward to even MORE ways to participate in R+F Convention 2018 in New Orleans! There are three onsite ticket types available including a new option this year, the Saturday Day Pass. The R+F Virtual 2018 subscription is included in the registration fee for all onsite attendees.

| For Consultants unable to join us onsite in New Orleans, R+F Virtual is an engaging social, learning and purchasing platform for Consultants worldwide. R+F Virtual subscribers will have access to the Convention-exclusive product offering, plus the ability to view General Session and select Breakout Session content, interviews and much more, all while working closely with your teams in real time. Upon registering, you will have access to all past events as well as any future events that occur in 2018. | |||
*All registered guests must be business partners, spouses or a significant other of an existing Consultant; prospects or other Consultants are not eligible to be registered as guests
Registration Refund Policy
Rodan + Fields will refund 100% of the registration fee for cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. PT on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. No refunds will be processed after 11:59 pm PT on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 and new registrations will become non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by logging into your registration and cancelling your registration, or by submitting your request in writing to Registration@rodanandfields.com. If a refund is granted, your credit card will be refunded the amount due within five business days.
Any Consultant or guest who does not attend R+F Convention 2018 and did not cancel their registration will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will not receive any type of refund, training, registration materials, or other items distributed by Rodan + Fields at Convention.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The deadline to cancel your hotel reservation is Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Should you cancel your hotel reservation after this date, your credit card on file will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee in the amount of $250 USD.
Hotel reservations are non-transferable except in the case that you are cancelling your registration and your existing roommate will maintain the reservation. To submit the hotel transfer request to your roommate, please e-mail RFhousingsupport@cmrus.com with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number for your roommate.
