Registration will launch in four phases based on Paid-As Title at the end of the March 2018 Commission Period. Please reference the table below to find out when you will receive an invitation to register.

Mainstage Viewing: The Mainstage Viewing area is where the General Sessions and Gala will take place and be viewed live. The registration fee is $399.

Broadcast Viewing: The Broadcast Viewing experience will take place in another location of the New Orleans Convention Center. . The Gala will be viewed in the Expo where you will be able to celebrate the conclusion of R+F Convention 2018 alongside fellow Consultants! Everything else – Expo, Breakout Sessions, networking and purchasing opportunities – will be shared with the broader group. The registration fee is $299.

Saturday Day Pass: You will have access to the R+F Convention 2018 campus on Saturday, September 15 to enjoy the Expo, onsite product purchasing and pickup, R+F Journey Plaza and the Gala livestream celebration in the Expo alongside fellow Consultants! Enjoy the General Sessions and other content through your R+F Virtual subscription, included in the registration fee. The registration fee is $249.

Yes. If onsite Convention 2018 is sold out when you attempt to register, you will be directed to a waitlist form in case of cancellations. Should a seat become available, you will be sent an email to complete your registration within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your invitation will expire.

Yes. You must already be registered in order to waitlist for another ticket type. Please log in to your existing registration and continue to the registration record to be waitlisted for a ticket type other than the one for which you are currently registered. Should a seat become available, your ticket type will be automatically updated and your credit card on file will be charged or refunded the difference in price.

The last day to confirm or modify your registration is Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm PT. For assistance onsite with your registration, please visit the Registration Help Desk located in the Great Hall Foyer on the first floor of the New Orleans Convention Center

Upon completing your registration, a confirmation email was sent to the email address used to register. You can also view your current registration by clicking here and logging into your account.

New Consultants March - June, 2018
Consultants who enroll in the business March 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018 and achieve SPARK Month One, will receive an Invitation to register* for Convention 2018. Invitations will be sent mid-month following the close of the Commission Period in which SPARK Month One was achieved.

*All ticket types will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For example, if you enrolled in April 2018 and achieved the minimum title of EC in May 2018, you have achieved SPARK Month One and will receive your invitation to register in mid-June. 

The deadline to receive a full registration refund is Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:59 pm PT. Click here to view the R+F Convention 2018 Refund Policy.

Please note, the housing deadline is also Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:59 pm PT. Hotel reservation cancellations after this date will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $250 USD to the credit card on file.

Guest registration will be limited however, one guest is allowed as long as seats remain available. Guests must be a spouse, business partner or significant other, and may not be a Rodan + Fields Consultant or a prospective Consultant. Consultants should all register independently in order to be recognized for achievements during Convention. If you register a Consultant as your guest, they will be cancelled from your registration.

Only one Consultant registration per account is allowed. Your spouse, business partner or significant other must be registered as a guest. If your guest is a business partner and on your account, he/she will be eligible to receive a Consultant badge with their Title noted.

No, you will receive your registration materials onsite in New Orleans. Onsite Registration opens on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

Take advantage of the discounted hotel rates for Rodan + Fields attendees. Click here for detailed information about the R+F Convention 2018 room block. You’ll be prompted to make a hotel reservation following the Convention registration process. Hotel rooms can be booked until Thursday August 29, 2018, or until the block is filled. After this date, reservations and rates are subject to availability. Please note, hotel rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There are many benefits for our attendees to secure their hotel reservations within the R+F room block:

  • Lowest available rates at participating hotels.
  • Shuttle service offered to and from the Convention Center (only available to those that book within the R+F block at hotels that aren’t within walking distance of the Convention Center).
  • No prepayment at the time of booking, only a credit card required to guarantee your reservation. Hotel deposits will not be required in 2018.
  • No penalties to cancel your reservation until after the deadline.
  • Large selection of hotels within New Orleans.
  • R+F Housing team provides support with any issues from the time you book your reservation until your stay in New Orleans.

The last day to cancel your hotel reservation is July 10, 2018 at 11:59 pm PT. After July 10, a cancellation fee in the amount of $250 USD will be charged to the credit card on file.

Due to the demand for rooms in the R+F room block, we request that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible so that attendees on the waitlist can be accommodated.

Yes. When you book your room through the R+F Convention 2018 housing site, you’ll have the opportunity to select the room type as well as the number and names of your roommates.

R+F has reserved hotel rooms at multiple hotels Tuesday, September 11 - Sunday, September 16 (with the exception of Monday night for RFX breakout presenters). Any nights that are needed outside of these date will be requested but are not guaranteed.

Due to the number of Convention attendees who wish to reserve a hotel room at the R+F rate and the limited number of rooms available, each registrant is able to reserve only one hotel room. If you have a special circumstance, please email for assistance.

Hotel reservations are non-transferable.

Should you have to cancel your registration and another Consultant is listed on your hotel reservation, the hotel reservation can be transferred to that roommate. To submit the hotel transfer request, please email with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number of the person whom you would like to transfer the hotel reservation.

You must register for R+F Convention 2018 in order to make a hotel reservation through the R+F Housing website. Should you book a room directly through the hotel, please note it will not be at the discounted Convention rate and is not protected by Rodan + Fields. Due to security and privacy concerns, R+F is not able to assist with finding roommates for Convention.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided at the R+F hotels not within walking distance of the Convention Center to those attendees that have secured their reservation through the official R+F room block. Shuttle passes will be distributed when you check in to the hotel based on the number of occupants on your reservation. Click here to view the list of hotels with available shuttle service.

Shuttle passes are not for sale and will only be provided to those attendees that have secured their reservation through the official R+F room block.

You will be able to redeem lost shuttle passes for a $10 fee onsite while in New Orleans. Please see the Registration Desk onsite to purchase your new pass.

Yes. The New Orleans Convention Center has ample parking for a daily fee of $15.00 with no in and out privileges. Overnight parking is prohibited.

Session enrollment will open in late August and you will have the option to select specific training sessions by logging into your registration. All registrants will be notified via email when to log in and select their sessions.

Breakout Session enrollment dates* are broken out by Title and will only be available to Mainstage Viewing and Broadcast Viewing attendees as follows:

  • Leadership Summit Qualifiers** and Milestone Five Achievers: August 23 - 28, 2018
  • All other attendees (excluding Saturday Day Pass attendees): August 29 - September 5, 2018

Spouses, Business Partners and Significant Others will be automatically enrolled in the sessions that you select during the Breakout Session enrollment process. They will have the opportunity to request one alternate session should they prefer. Details will be provided in the Breakout Session Enrollment invitation you will receive in August.

The deadlines to enroll in Breakout Sessions are as follows:

  • Leadership Summit Qualifiers and Milestone Five Achievers: August 28, 2018 at 5:00 pm PT
  • All other attendees (excluding Saturday Day Pass attendees): September 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm PT.

If you do not enroll by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled based on availability once Breakout Session enrollment closes.

If you would like to add or edit your sessions onsite you will need to visit the Registration Escalation desk on the 2nd floor of the Convention Center for assistance. Please note all changes will be made on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the remaining capacity for each session at that time.

Yes. All R+F Convention 2018 attendees will receive a complimentary 2018 subscription to R+F Virtual. Should you cancel your R+F Convention 2018 registration and receive a refund, your access to R+F Virtual will be revoked and you will need to visit to again subscribe to R+F Virtual.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time you register for Convention 2018 to receive your log in credentials for R+F Virtual.

Yes. R+F Virtual content, including on demand access to R+F Convention 2018, will remain available to R+F Virtual subscribers.

R+F Virtual is perfect for Consultants who are unable to join us onsite for R+F Convention 2018 in New Orleans. The platform allows you to watch the Doctors and other Home Office leaders during all Mainstage General Sessions, including the Gala. In addition, you will be able to watch live and on demand a suite of breakout sessions, expo learning experiences, and exclusive #RFVirtual interviews and features. Better yet, subscribers also get access to purchase all Convention-only product offers the moment they’re announced.

R+F Leaders will celebrate together the day before Convention in an exclusive summit featuring select speakers, tailored training and limited-edition swag! All Independent Consultants who have registered for R+F Convention 2018 and achieve Level V Circle Month One or a higher Title or Program achievement in the July 2018 Commissions Period will be invited to register in August for the first-ever Leadership Summit.

Leadership Summit will take place on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Summit attendees will receive early onsite registration for R+F Convention, which includes your badge, swag and other materials.

Summit Achievers will be notified after the close of the July 2018 Commissions Period.

All registered onsite Consultants (Mainstage Viewing, Broadcast Viewing and Saturday Day Pass) are eligible to attend Leadership Summit if they meet qualifications in July 2018.

Yes; Qualified Consultants who receive an invitation to Leadership Summit can experience Summit with their registered guest. Please note that if you are a Lead the Way Milestone Five Achiever and your registered guest is a R+F Consultant, they must meet Leadership Summit qualifications in the July 2018 Commission Period in order to attend Summit with you.

Summit attendees will experience an opening keynote as a group before breaking out into sessions based on Title and Program. These exclusive onsite trainings have been created with the next stop on your R+F Journey in mind.

No; Leadership Summit is included in your Convention registration fee.

You may choose to arrive in New Orleans prior to Wednesday, September 12, 2018 or the morning of. RFX Circle Achievers will receive an RF Payday deposit for hotel accommodations Tuesday through Saturday night of Convention, as outlined in the Recognition Roadmap. Legacy Circle Achievers will receive complimentary accommodations at a designated hotel for the same time period.

No. Any Consultant who is registered for R+F Convention 2018 and meets qualifications in July 2018 will receive an invitation to attend.

Consultants eligible for Leadership Summit will receive first access to Breakout Session enrollment for R+F Convention 2018. Title and program-specific trainings will take place during Leadership Summit, allowing more flexibility in choosing the Breakout Sessions you’d like to attend during the week.

Leadership Summit is designed as an in-person experience and will not be streamed on R+F Virtual.

You’ll be prompted to supply this information during the registration process. If you have already registered, you can log in to your registration to note your ADA requirements or contact our Registration Support Team at.

Spouses and Significant Others are invited to attend as registered Guests. Attendees must be 18 years or older. With the exception of nursing infants, children are not permitted to attend. We have arranged Mothers’ Rooms in three private locations for our nursing Consultants. They will be equipped with furniture, hand sanitizers, etc. Signage will direct those in need to the rooms, or any of our Convention Staff will happily direct you.

We are unable to accommodate strollers anywhere in the Mainstage or Broadcast Viewing areas for General Sessions, as dictated by the Fire Marshall. Additionally, space and security constraints don’t allow us to hold them anywhere outside the General Session viewing areas. Please consider leaving strollers in hotel rooms before coming to the event.
