IRBDSG meeting

Program

The program will include a mix of talks relevant for clinical work and latest results from basic research.

The meeting starts in the evening of October 3 with a working dinner, followed by 1,5 day meeting starting on the morning of October 4 to 5 ending after lunch. For those interested in exploring Copenhagen, a city tour will be arranged after lunch.

Meeting format:
To afford greater time for focused discussion to advance cooperative RBD research efforts, we will continue with the features successfully introduced at the 12th International RBD Study Group Meeting in Germany:

1. Plenary lectures by senior researchers will provide an overview of the field and highlight key achievements and areas of active research in RBD.

2. Each working group will be assigned a ~45-60 minute block of time. Abstracts will be presented in a "data blitz" format during that time, followed by opportunity for open discussion.

3. Discussions within each working group will be facilitated by 2 breakout sessions during the meeting. Each working group will then briefly present its plans for the coming year at the conclusion of the meeting.
