OLTCA’s Quality Forum is an opportunity for all Members to hear about existing best practice programs that have tools, resources, policies and procedures that can be implemented across the sector to address quality of care.
Participants will learn how a variety of innovative programs already in use in Ontario align with the current health care landscape, and the benefits that result. In addition, the program will include informative sessions on the areas of Quality Improvement Planning, reducing the use of antipsychotic medications, increasing patient and family engagement, and an interactive discussion on data quality.
