Single/Double Occupancy
  • Guest room rates are based on single/double occupancy and include internet. For each additional person, over eighteen (18) years of age, a charge of $30.00 CAD per person per night will apply. 
  • All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable government taxes, currently five percent (5%) Goods and Services Tax (GST) and ten percent (10%) Provincial and Municipal tax (Total of 15% tax). Taxes are subject to change without notice. 
  • These rates will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability.

Housing Bureau
The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official Housing Bureau for the 2015 conference on Solid-Solid Phase Transformations in Inorganic Materials and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Accommodation can only be booked through the On-line Registration and Housing Form.

Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference Delegates only. The success of PTM 2015 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference Hotels by booking through the official Housing Bureau. PTM 2015 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel. Rooms that are not filled because of that create an expense for the conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk, which increases with each delegate who stays outside the Conference Hotel or books the hotel through channels other than the official Housing Bureau.

These companies are not endorsed by or associated with PTM 2015 and their policies are be questionable.  PTM 2015 has no authority to assist in resolving issues that may arise from engaging one of these companies.  For your protection, we encourage you to book your hotel accommodations using the reservation process provided on this site.
