Parking in Whistler
  • Parking is provided at the Westin: Self parking is $30.00 and Valet is $34.00 (24 hour period).

Visas are issued by Canadian government offices abroad. Participants should be encouraged to submit their visa applications through Visa application centres (VAC) if this service is available in their country of residence.  They should be invited to check their visa office website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/offices/apply-where.asp) for information on the services available at the Visa application centres (VAC) serving their area and the costs.  

Visa Applications Processing Times:
Processing time for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) vary depending on the office and the time of the year.  Participants should be encouraged to apply early for their visa, if one is required, and to submit complete applications including all supporting documents.  Summer is normally the busiest time.

If you require an Invitation Letter these will be emailed within 24 business hours upon completion of registration and full payment being received.  Should you require additional information please contact our registration department at ptm2015-registration@icsevents.com. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.
