Rates are inclusive of 5% GST.

Registration Includes: Name Badge; Onsite Program; Abstract Book; Proceedings USB; Program Sessions; Welcome Reception on Monday; Daily Coffee Breaks; Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Gala Dinner on Thursday.

Students* - You will be required to upload "proof of student status" in order to register at the reduced rate. (ie: 2015 student photo identification or letter on official university letterhead.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the PTM 2015 Secretariat's address by Thursday, April 30, 2015 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 150 CAD administrative fee (as per Committee policy).  In the case a hotel booking is associated with registration, the booking will be cancelled without further penalty.

Cancellations received after Thursday, April 30, 2015 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.  In the case a hotel booking is associated with registration, the booking will be cancelled without penalty if cancelled by Thursday, May 28, 2015.   Cancellations between Thursday, May 28, 2015 and 24 hours prior to arrival, will incur a penalty equal to one night room and tax.  Within 24 hours, all nights will be charged as penalty.
 
In the unlikely event that PTM 2015 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.


Letter of Invitation for Visa Policy:
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the PTM conference will be issued ONLY after a completed registration and full payment has been received.

Please contact our registration department at ptm2015-registration@icsevents.com once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.
