Booking Your Flight

Step 1: Complete your registration
Click the "Register Now" button and complete your registration by Tuesday, October 10, 2017.

Step 2: Receive an e-mail with your proposed flight itinerary
You will receive an e-mail from an R+F Travel Ambassador containing your suggested flight itinerary within five business days of your completed registration. Only flights booked through this process will be compliments of Rodan + Fields.

Step 3: Confirm your flight
You will have 24 hours from the time of receipt to accept or reject the proposed itinerary. Due to transportation departure times, all flights will need to arrive at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) prior to 1:00 p.m. Your final flight itinerary must be confirmed by 5 p.m. PDT on Friday, October 13, 2017.

Ground Transportation

Arrival: Transportation will be provided from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Once your travel itineraries have been confirmed, final times and locations for pickup at the airport will be communicated. Upon arrival to SFO Airport, you will be transferred directly to the R+F Home Office to kick-off the Fall 2017 Premier V Trip. Transfers will be offered on each hour to your respective hotel from the Home Office. Our welcome events begin at 6:00 p.m. for both tracks.

If your flight arrives earlier than November 9, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the hotel. We estimate 30-45 minutes transportation time from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the R+F Home Office and one and half hours from the Home Office to the Meritage Resort, Napa.

Onsite: Transportation to and from all scheduled activities will be provided.

Departure: Transportation will be provided from the InterContinental, San Francisco to SFO for the Napa to San Francisco track and from the Meritage Resort Napa to SFO for the San Francisco to Napa track on Monday, November 13, 2017. Transportation pick-up times will be communicated when your travel itineraries have been confirmed. An R+F transportation representative will be available at the InterContinental and Meritage lobbies if you have any questions regarding departure.

If your flight does not depart on November 13, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport. We suggest allowing for one hour transportation time from the InterContinental to San Francisco International Airport and two and a half hours from the Meritage Resort to San Francisco International Airport. Please see below for transportation options and approximate costs from San Francisco to SFO:

Taxi: $60
Super Shuttle: $20
Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): $7

Driving Options

If you are a local and do not require a flight to the event, there are several different driving options that you can select from within the registration form:

Option 1: Park at SFO

Drive to SFO long term parking on Thursday, November 9 to join the group shuttle bus transportation to the R+F Home Office from 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Return transportation to SFO will be arranged on Monday, November 13 to retrieve your carr. E-mail a copy of your airport parking and gas receipts to PremierVTrip@rodanandfields.com for reimbursement.

*This is the preferred option.

Option 2: Drop off in Napa or San Francisco

Plan to be dropped off at the R+F Home Office between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. or by 3:00 p.m. at the hotel for your arrival location. Your transportation will be arranged for the remainder of the week. Please arrange to be picked up on Monday, November 13, from your departure location for your return home.

Option 3: Driving to Napa or San Francisco

If you choose to drive, hotel parking in Napa and San Francisco will be removed from your final bill.
