Air Transportation
PLTW Summit 2016 guests will fly into Indianapolis International Airport, voted the best airport in North America by Airports Council International the past four years!
Approved PLTW Master Teachers, State Leaders (one PLTW Engineering and one PLTW Biomedical Science per state maximum), and Affiliate Directors are to use ALTOUR for air transportation arrangements.

Ground Transportation
PLTW will provide complimentary ground transportation shuttles between Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and Marriott Place during standard travel times on Saturday, March 19, 2016; Sunday, March 20, 2016; and Wednesday, March 23, 2016, for all PLTW Summit 2016 guests who book air transportation through ALTOUR. Shuttle times will be based on guest arrivals and departures.
If you do not utilize ALTOUR for air arrangements, you are responsible for transportation arrangements and costs between Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and Marriott Place. Transportation options in Indianapolis:
Estimated taxi fare is $35 plus gratuity each way.
The Downtown Indy Express GO Green Line Airport Shuttle is $10 each way. Advance reservations are recommended to guarantee service. Click here for more details
Driving to Indianapolis?
Onsite self-parking at the JW Marriott Indianapolis/Marriott Place and the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is currently $37 daily, and both properties are extending a 25-percent discount to PLTW Summit 2016 guests.
You can also find parking at White River State Park, located across the street from the JW Marriott Indianapolis.
