Registration for the 

Phlebotomy Assessment Exam

 

Applicants to the KPSAHS phlebotomy and medical assisting programs are required to take and successfully pass the Wonderlic Assessment exam.

 

The exam is given at KPSAHS, located at 938 Marina Way South, Richmond, CA.

 

On the day of your exam you must bring the following with you:

  • Your valid American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers CPR card.  (A printed copy downloaded from the American Heart Association bearing the QR code is also acceptable.)*
  • Your valid photo ID (State of CA driver's license or ID card).

Applicants will not be able to sit for the Wonderlic Assessment exam without providing a valid ID or valid CA driver’s license and a valid CPR card at the time of their appointment. 

*(Only American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider CPR cards are acceptable.  No exceptions will be made.) 

  • Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your exam time and bring a pen or pencil with you.
  • Plan to spend at least 2 hours on campus.
