$150.00 if register on the website before September 18 at 11:45pm
Registration closes at 11:45pm on September 18, 2019
On-Site/Walk-In Registration: The Walk-in registration fee is $175.00
and will be taken on a space available basis.

Fees will be refunded back to the credit card used to register minus a $25 processing fee. If symposium is canceled, the above refund policy will be enforced.
CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses:
California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP751, for the following totals:
7.2 Contact Hours if attend the whole day.
Physician Assistants:
This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 6 Contact Hours if attend whole day of AAPA Category I CME credit from the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits yet to be determined. The awarding of Contact Hours is at the discretion of the AAPA and Kaiser Permanente will not be held accountable if the number of hours applied for, differs from those approved. This program was planned in accordance with the AAPA’s CME Standards for Lecture-Learner Programs and for Commercial Support of Lecture-Learner Programs.
Certified Nurse Midwives:
Approval has been given for 6CEs and 3.5 Pharm Hours.
No other CEU types will be offered.
Course Description: Course is designed to provide updates on health care issues relevant to ambulatory clinical practice.
