PENS 2019 National Conference - exhibit booth registration
 

PENS has meeting space set aside for exhibitors, sponsors and other organizations to host meetings in conjunction with the PENS National Conference. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed without payment. Please note that affiliate group events are not allowed to be scheduled during educational sessions. A link to the program schedule will be provided here once the program has been finalized  in January 2019. Affiliate space will not be assigned until the PENS program has been finalized.

   Less than 750 Square Feet $250
   751 - 1,500 Square Feet $350
   1,501 - 2,500 Square Feet $500
   2,501+ Square Feet $750
   Non-Exhibiting Company $1500

   To request affiliate event space please download the Affiliate Group Event form and email the    completed form to Caitlin Arnold at carnold@kellencompany.com.



Once space is approved an invoice will be emailed to the email address provided. A confirmation will be sent separately with the confirmed date, time and room name. Payment is due within two weeks of receiving the invoice. Payments not received by March 29, 2018 will result in the function space being canceled. If function is canceled, fees are non-refundable.
