to assist you for planning purposes. Once the meeting educational programming
is complete a more detailed schedule will be available – Late January 2019. Times are subject to change based on speaker/education content.
ALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Without exception, exhibitors must follow the setup and teardown times indicated in PENS plans and correspondence. Exhibitors must have their booths set and ready by the times indicated. If exhibitors have not checked in 60 minutes prior to close of setup and begun to set up their booth, setup labor will be forced at prevailing labor rates. Exhibitors may not dismantle their booths earlier than the close of the show. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. There will be a $250 penalty forearly dismantling.
