All custom stand builders must provide floor plans and booth designs with specifications to the Congress Organisers for approval no later than Friday 3 July 2015.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors must register by Friday 3 July 2015. We recommend booking your accommodation early as August is an extremely busy time of year in Cairns.

Registration needs to be completed through the online registration portal using the email addresses which was provided on your Sponsor/Exhibition Application form.

To register, enter the email address you have provided on your Sponsor/Exhibitor Application Form. Select 
Exhibitor pass and click continue to complete the individual’s information. Repeat this step for each representative as required as per your Sponsor/Exhibitor entitlements. You may also purchase a number of Additional Exhibitor passes during this process. Please note that when registering multiple representatives from your organisation the same email address provided on your application form must be used for all registrations to allow access to this restricted registration type.

Exhibitor badges are supplied to all personnel working on the Exhibition stand, and should be worn at all times during Exhibition hours for security reasons and for the benefit of delegates attending. In the interests of security, they should be worn so they are clearly visible. Exhibitor passes alone do not allow entry into any Congress programmed sessions or to the Congress Dinner or other associated meetings and events.

Please note that all correspondence regarding your registrations will be sent to the email address entered at the time of registration. Badges can be collected onsite from the Registration Desk, during registration hours as per the exhibition manual.
