Tickets for the Congress Dinner are available for purchase as a subsidised Additional Ticket of $95 per ticket and are not included in the above Registration Fees.


Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and Registration Reference Number supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email reception@icms.com.au


Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the Congress PCWC 2015. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Congress  the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:


1. Credit Card Payment

All credit cards will incur a 3.25% service fee
(Visa, Mastercard & AMEX accepted)


2. Cheque Payment

Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to “PCWC 2015” and mail to the Congress Office. International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an Australian drawee bank. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed.


3. Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the Congress will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Congress bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration. Please include your reference number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Congress Office.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the Congress, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at various hotels in Cairns. The room rates are per night and do not include breakfast, unless specified. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and payment.

Arrival Time

Check-in time is usually from 14:00. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.

Deposit

To secure your accommodation booking ,credit card detail are required to be supplied as a guarantee of your arrival. These details need to be supplied on the on-line registration form prior to entering your accommodation details. Your credit card details will be passed onto the hotel to secure your booking. Please be aware that a one night's deposit may be processed by the property prior to your arrival alternatively the property may charge your accommodation in full at the conclusion of your stay. This will be at the discretion of the property booked. Bookings cannot be made until ICMS Travel receives your credit card details. Room rates are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
