Richard Bailey
President of the Americas, HP Inc.
Richard Bailey serves as the President of the Americas and is responsible for the performance of HP’s business across PCs, Printers, Graphics Solutions, 3D Printing and Managed Services for both commercial and consumer segments. Reporting to the CEO, Bailey is a member of the HP Global Executive Leadership team and governs HP’s operations and personnel in the Americas region. Bailey served as the President of Asia Pacific and Japan from 2015 to 2018. During his tenure Bailey and his team transformed the business and consistently delivered strong results in HP’s fastest growing region. Bailey has held a variety of senior leadership positions over his 30-year career. He joined HP in 2006, and since that time has worked at country, region and worldwide levels, playing a role in nearly every function across HP’s business from strategy, sales and marketing, to customer support, supply chain and services. Prior to HP, he was the Managing Director for GE Commercial Equipment Finance Australia & New Zealand (GE Capital) and founder and Managing Director of ALC Finance Group (acquired by GE). Bailey is a member of the Chongqing Mayor’s International Economic Advisory Council and was recently appointed as the inaugural Chairman of the Weihai Mayor’s International Economic Advisory Council. He is also a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia FINSIA). Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Australia in Perth.
 
Alon Bar-Shany
General Manager, Indigo Division at HP
Alon Bar-Shany is the general manager of the Indigo Division at HP. Based in Nes Ziona, Israel, he has held worldwide responsibility for the HP Indigo Division since 2004. Alon oversees all aspects of the development, marketing and deployment of HP Indigo solutions to an installed base of over 4 thousand customers in 120 countries. A strong advocate of close customer relationships, he also sits on the Global Board of Directors of Dscoop, the independent users association of HP Graphic Arts solutions. Prior to this role, Alon ran the HP Indigo business in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region (EMEA), and served as the chief financial officer of HP Indigo from 1998 until 2002 as well as corporate vice president of finance for HP Indigo from 1995. Alon joined HP Indigo from Israel Chemicals Ltd. in 1995, where he held various executive positions in finance, strategic planning and business development. Alon holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is married to Cathy and has four children, and enjoys music, reading, gardening and travel.
 
Chris Baréz-Brown

Chris Baréz-Brown is a master of transformation. He is fascinated by people and what makes them tick. Chris has worked with The Nike Foundation to help teenage girls escape the poverty cycle in Africa. Craig Branham
Craig Branham, an instructor with HP Indigo since 2001 teaches Level 1 Operator classes for 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx, and 1xxxx, and 30000 series presses. He also teaches the Esko DFE and HP Production Pro DFE for Labels and Packaging. Prior to coming to HP, Craig worked in various print shops as a conventional and digital prepress operator. Larry Carpenter

Larry has 20+ years of career experience with HP Indigo presses. Possessing a strong background in complex electro mechanical systems, Larry spent many years dissecting and remanufacturing early models of the Hp-Indigo 1050 and 3050 presses. He also performed customer engineer support for Hp-Indigo 5500 and 7000 presses. Currently, he is a Senior Technical Training Specialist at the Americas Training Center, in Alpharetta, GA. Larry delivers training on many Commercial and Labels & Packaging platforms. Among those include Series 3 and Series 4 Level 2 Operator, Level 3 Advanced Operator, and Customer Engineer courses. Larry enjoys traveling and rooting for his beloved New England Patriots.

On the road 200 days a year, he is a hands-on, in-person resource to Sappi's client. As printing techniques have evolved, Daniel has embraced new technology by not only investigating creative and effective ways to use QR Codes and Augmented Reality in conjunction with print and paper, earning him a position as a Google Glass Developer, but also by exploring and commenting on relationships between the print and digital worlds, merging new communications technology and human interaction.
 
Dan Dillon, Jr.

Dan Dillon Jr. was appointed CMO of Arizona State University in September 2013. In this role, he is responsible for branding and marketing activities aimed at fostering a greater affinity for the university among its many constituencies. Frank Drogo

Frank manages a talented RD team responsible for the development of a portfolio of high speed digital web presses for commercial and corrugated markets The team also develops and/or integrates software and hardware solutions connected to the presses. Frank has held this role since 2011. Previously, Frank lead the Industrial, Commercial and Enterprise R&D lab that developed printheads, inks and writing systems for the Graphics Solutions Business. Shortly after the acquisition of Indigo, he started a lab working with that division to increase the lifespan and lower the cost of LEP consumables. He managed ink, printhead and subsystem teams developing piezo inkjet for Scitex and Nur after the acquisitions of those companies. Frank joined HP in 1987 as a R&D chemist, after having worked as an analytical chemist and materials engineer in other companies. At HP, he has held roles as a media chemist, ink chemist, writing system engineer and a variety of management positions in R&D and Operations. Born in New York State, where he lived 17 years, Frank is based in San Diego and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego.

During her long career, she has held in a variety of design and management positions with the Village Voice and at the New York City Transit Authority, as Director, Graphics. Ms. Hill has worked for Quark, Inc., where she was primarily responsible for the branding and development of the QuarkAlliance program, a service that provided training and technical support to professional designers, commercial printers and trainers. Ms. Hill is holds a B.F.A degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
 
Marilee Hutton Clark
Senior Director of Business Development, The Vomela Companies
Marilee's journey began in a small town in North Dakota, just forty minutes from the Canadian border. She continued on to graduate from North Dakota State University in 1989. Feeling the pull West, she packed all her earthly belongings into her car and journeyed to Colorado where she stumbled upon a company called Chroma Copy. The collaborative energy was contagious, and the products were exciting so she joined their team in Sales. She then became the Sales Manager for the newly named C2 Media and then the General Manager for the last 15 years of their 60,000 Square feet plant in Denver. The company then became part of the greater team called the Vomela Family of Brands In her current role, Marilee has the pleasure of working with amazing teams across 25 locations in North America and Canada. She enjoyed her first DSCOOP conference in 2011 and has attended all but one since.

Lior Krasnovsky brings 10 years of experience in Print workflow and finishing production. Lior started at HP as a product manager for production management systems. He led the definition and introduction of multiple HP SmartStream products and managed some of the products from ideation to commercial release. He relocated from Israel to Atlanta in 2016 to expand Indigo NA Labels and Packaging eco system and holds the role of Category Manager for workflow and finishing partners. In 2017 Lior was promoted to role of category manager for HP GEM - HP's groundbreaking digital embellishment solutions.

Bill has pioneered Boutwell’s entrance and growth into the digital packaging markets. In 2014 BO was the first folding carton company in North America to install the HP Indigo 30000 press. In 2015 BO installed the Highcon Euclid III as demand for short run finishing for folded cartons increased substantially. In 2017 BO upgraded from the Euclid III to the Highcon Beam, a more productive model made exclusively to serve the folding carton markets. Bill has spent the bulk of his career in the folding carton and packaging world. He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Later he was responsible for the design and delivery of the Service Training in Indigo America. Larry Vaughn owned and operated a successful print company – Ideal Printers - for 26 years and helped found two premier, international business cooperatives. Larry recently wrote and published a personal memoir, Business Cards and Shoe Leather, revealing how his small-town upbringing emphasized his personal ethics, relationship building, and mentoring. He built his career in the commercial print business on the principle that business thrives on cooperation, not competition. Larry earned a reputation as a forward-thinker and pioneer in the digital print industry. He was the first commercial printer in Texas to install an HP Indigo digital press; a new technology that would prove revolutionary to the print industry. He became a vocal advocate of the then new technology helping to usher in a new age of print. On a local, national and global level Larry has enthusiastically served the print industry through his volunteer efforts on multiple groups, boards, and councils. Larry’s cooperative work proved that success lies in mutual respect. Open dialogue provides a forum for shared learning and growth. Success is not measured in finite and exhaustible amounts.
