The Ontario Pharmacists Association’s Conference 2017 will once again feature student, intern and resident poster presentations - submit your poster abstract today in order to be considered. Poster presentations will run throughout the day on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. 

Update: If you are interested in participating, you must upload an abstract by Friday, April 7, 2017

If you are interested in participating, please note the following process:

• Email us with your interest/intent to submit a poster abstract by end of day on Monday, April 3, 2017 (write “Submitting an abstract” in the subject line of your email).
• Once OPA has received your email expressing interest, we will email you back within 48 hours with instructions on how to submit your poster abstract. 
• Upload your poster abstract for OPA's review by 9 a.m., on Friday, April 7, 2017, by following the instructions emailed to you.

New this year: Presenters will be asked to create a short a 3-5 minute audio-slide presentation. These will be uploaded to the event mobile app and will help to increase the exposure of your work to all attendees at this year's Conference 2017. 

Once your abstract has been accepted (decision notices will be sent out at the beginning of May) you will be required to submit your audio-slide presentation.  More information will be posted closer to the decision notice date. The deadline for the submission of your audio-slide presentation will be May 29, 2017, 11:59 p.m.

Can't make it to this year’s conference, but still want to participate? 

If your abstract is accepted but you cannot physically attend Conference 2017, you may still submit an audio- slide presentation. This presentation will be added to the mobile app and included in the audio-slide presentation competition.

Two winners will be selected 

Winners will be selected for best in-person presentation and best audio-slide presentation. Both winners will be announced on Friday, June 16, 2017, during the Exhibit Hall Reception. Winners will receive a certificate and prize for their time and efforts.
