New Alternative Schedules!
In an effort to provide additional training hours, we worked to create two possible schedule “tracks”. You will see that there are 1.5 hours sessions in addition to 2 hours sessions. You are not strictly beholden to one of these tracks. Change it up a bit! You’re welcome to attend an 1.5-hour session followed by a 2-hour session. Find the presentations that will be the most beneficial to you. Take a look at the image below to get a better idea of the session times.

Here are a few helpful tips to prepare you for registration:
1. We will once again be accepting EIP awards for this event! Please ensure that you mail your original, signed EIP award along with your registration form to our NYSAEYC office for processing. (Mail to: NYSAEYC, 230 Washington Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12203.) Need more information about EIP? Check out their website HERE!
2. If you will be paying for your registration with a Purchase Order, it must be mailed to our office, faxed to 518.867.3520, or emailed to one of the following addresses: contactus@nysaeyc.org or apryba@nysaeyc.org.
3. Printable registration forms can be found under the Printable Forms tab.
4. Our Group Registration form for groups of 10 or more can also be found under Printable Forms. (Please note: Students cannot be counted within a group of 10 or more.)
5. Hotel registration is separate. Please feel free to reserve your room online by clicking HERE, or call the Hilton Westchester at 914.939.6300, and be sure to mention the NYSAEYC conference.
