Q: What are the demographics of the conference attendees?
A: We welcome a variety to early childhood professionals to the conference, including but not limited to family care providers, program and center directors and owners, K-3 teachers, higher education faculty, trainers, and students in early childhood preparation programs.
Q: How many attendees do you estimate?
A: We anticipate between 1300-1400 participants throughout the course of the conference. The conference is most heavily attended on Friday, with close to 1000 professionals in attendance.
Q: Do I need to provide a Certificate of Liability to NYSAEYC?
A: If you plan to sell anything at your booth, yes, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Liability to Aimee at least three weeks prior to the conference. For further details, please refer to the conference website.
Q: When should we expect the Exhibit Hall to be the busiest?
A: While conference attendees will be visiting the Exhibit Hall throughout the entirety of the conference, it will be the busiest Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:30am and 12:00 – 1:30pm, and then again on Saturday from 12:00 – 2:00pm. We have also scheduled a 30 minutes break in between each session so the attendees have plenty of time to visit throughout the course of the conference.
