FROM NEW ENGLAND/I-95

Follow I-95S (which becomes the Cross Bronx Expressway) to Henry Hudson Parkway South. Exity Henry Hudson Parkway South at 56th Street. Stay on 56th Street to 8th Avenue. Make a left on 8th Avenue and proceed north. For the main entrance: turn right on 59th Street (Central Park South). The NYAC is located on the right just after 7th Avenue. For parking: turn right on 58th Street Parking garages are located on 58th Street just before and just after 7th Avenue. The rear entrance to the NYAC is located on 58th Street just after you cross 7th Avenue.

FROM NEWARK AIRPORT, NEW JERSEY

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel. Exit from the Lincoln Tunnel bearing left. At the first traffic light (40th Street), turn right. At 8th Avenue, turn left and proceed north.

For the main entrance: turn right on 59th Street (Central Park South). The NYAC is located on the right just after 7th Avenue. For parking: turn right on 58th Street Parking garages are located on 58th Street just before and just after 7th Avenue. The rear entrance to the NYAC is located on 58th Street just after you cross 7th Avenue.

FROM JOHN F. KENNEDY AIRPORT

Take the Van Wyck Expressway to Grand Central Parkway West. Continue on the Grand Central Parkway to the Triboro Bridge. After crossing the Bridge, bear right (Manhattan) to the FDR Drive South. Proceed south on the FDR to 63rd Street. From 63rd Street, turn left onto 2nd Avenue, proceeding south. At 57th Street, turn right and proceed to 8th Avenue. Turn right on 8th Avenue.

For the main entrance: turn right on 59th Street (Central Park South). The NYAC is located on the right just after 7th Avenue. For parking: turn right on 58th Street Parking garages are located on 58th Street just before and just after 7th Avenue. FROM LA GUARDIA AIRPORT

Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge. After crossing the bridge, bear right (Manhattan) to the FDR Drive South. Proceed south on the FDR to 63rd Street. From 63rd Street, turn left onto 2nd Avenue, proceeding south. At 57th Street, turn right and proceed to 8th Avenue. Turn right on 8th Avenue.

Exit the Midtown Tunnel and bear right to 3rd Avenue. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue and proceed to 57th Street. Turn left on 57th Street and proceed to 8th Avenue. Turn right onto 8th Avenue. For the main entrance: turn right on 59th Street (Central Park South). The NYAC is located on the right just after 7th Avenue. FROM LONG ISLAND VIA THE TRIBORO BRIDGE

Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Grand Central Parkway West. Continue on the Grand Central Parkway to the Triboro Bridge.
