  1. Who is hosting the conference?
    This conference is hosted by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape

  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy, found on the homepage of this website and in your confirmation email, is as follows:

    Cancellation of your conference registration must be made in writing.  All refunds will be made after the conference.  Cancellations postmarked on or before the date of July 31, 2016 are subject to a $125.00 administrative service charge.  There will be no refunds made for cancellations after the date of July 31, 2016.  Registrations with the same session choices may be transferred to another participant without penalty.

  3. How can I pay for the conference?
    You can select from several payment methods: Credit Card, Check, Invoice, or Pay on Door. Checks can be sent to :

  4. Are scholarships offered?
    Scholarships applications were accepted until May 31st. No more scholarship applications will be reviewed. Scholarship winners will be chosen in early July.

  5. How do I book a hotel reservation?
    A link for registrants to reserve a hotel room is provided in the confirmation email. Please note that your card should not be charged until the night of your stay.
