Please note that it is your own responsibility to apply for your own visa. The NNN committee are unable to assist participants needing visa entry to the USA. We can supply you with an invitation letter to support you with your visa application. You can request an invitation when you fill out the meeting registration or contact the events team on admin@nnnevents.com.

Some people have traveled to the US on the visa waiver in the past.  However, if you’ve traveled to certain countries (Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Syria) on or after 1st March 2011, you are no longer eligible for the visa waiver program and absolutely require a visa now. 

This process can be lengthy so we advise you to apply for your visa ASAP.
