To book your space online:
  • Click on the booth of your choice and you'll be directed to our online registration system. Be sure to make a note of your alternative booth choices as well, in case requests arrive for the same booth.
  • Looking to book a 10x20? We can combine any two available 10x10 booths into a 10x20. Simply click on one of the two 10x10s you'd like to combine, then select the 10x20 option on the registration page instead of the 10x10. One of our representatives will contact you after you complete your registration to confirm you booth configuration. (Use the +/- signs below to adjust the size of the floorplan.) 
  • Once you've selected your booth, you will then be prompted to register your comp booth attendees provided. Once you have registered comp attendees, you may register more at the regular price.

NOTE: Assignment of booth space is managed on a first-come, first-serve basis with the exception of NIADA National Corporate Partners, who receive priority placement as part of their partner benefits. Some booth purchases are made offline with the exhibit application, and may not be reflected in the above floorplan. NIADA will make every effort to accommodate all exhibitors' booth preferences, and will notify exhibitors immediately of any booth conflicts. Full booth payment via credit card is due at the time of booth registration.  You may cancel a booth after booking with a 25% cancellation fee until April 21, 2017; after April 21, 2017 there will be NO refunds given.
