Sunday - March 11, 2012 - 10:00am - 6:00pm
Monday- March 12, 2012 - 7:00am

If you are setting up on Sunday please check in with the security guard on duty (Holland Ave. entrance) and let them know you need access to the gymnasium. The gymnasium is located on the second floor. There is elevator access if needed. The Holland Avenue entrance also provides a ramp for easy access. A loading dock is near this entrance.

Parking:
Both hotels are in easy walking distance of the law school, so parking may not be an issue. However, because the students will be on Spring Break during this week, we should have ample parking in the student lot should you need to drop off materials, etc. Enter this lot from Holland Ave. There is a guard shack at the entrance. If it is staffed when you arrive just let them know you're here for the Symposium. If it's not staffed, just find a parking spot.

Please contact us with any other needs you may have. We want this to be a good experience for everyone and we'll help you in any way we can. See you soon!
