Connect with attendees with an AD in the conference mobile app. Attendees will see your banner ad running each time they access the conference app to view sessions, events and connect with colleagues.

Ads should be provided in a .jpeg to info@NAGAP.org by March 1, 2019.

Please note: We no longer print a final program book, it has been replaced with a journal style notebook that contains the schedule at a glance and exhibitor listing.

NEW THIS YEAR! All sponsors will receive a complimentary banner ad on the mobile app. Ads should be submitted in .jpeg format by March 1, 2019.


REGISTRATION MARKETING LIST


Market to attendees before and after the conference. Registration lists include:

  • Attendees who have opted in to marketing mailings from sponsors/exhibitors.
  • Name, institution/organization, mailing address and email.
  • Lists are one-time use only and sent electronically in excel format.
  • NAGAP's Mailing List Policy.
  • These are sent approximately 10 to 14 days after registration closes and the conference concludes.
