Thursday 17th September:

Optional Function - Wine tasting and dinner in the Swan Valley

Although it’s just 20 minutes’ drive from the CBD, you could easily believe you were seated at a French winery when dining at Fillaudeau’s. Situated among the picturesque vineyards of the Pinelli Estate Winery in the Swan Valley, the beautiful surroundings of this restaurant allow for the complete Mediterranean experience.

The evening will begin with the opportunity to taste wine from the Pinelli Estate Winery which celebrates a wine-making heritage that dates back to 1955.

Dinner will be hosted at Fillaudeau's Restaurant where the menu has been created to offer a fusion of mouthwatering recipes inspired by the traditional cuisine of France and its Mediterranean influences. Any good chef knows sensational food can only be created from the finest, freshest components so Fillaudeau’s takes pride in using quality Western Australian ingredients wherever possible.

Due to the size of the restaurant, tickets are limited to 75. Please book early to avoid disappointment!
