Claire Vyvyan - Dell Vice President of the Enterprise Solutions Group for Dell EMEA who has won Women in Business Award for Woman of the Year in Large Enterprise award in 2014 and ranked 26th Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in IT within the UK for 2015.

Claire is currently the Vice President of Dell’s EMEA Enterprise Solutions Group, having previously been Director and General Manager of Dell’s UK Public Sector & Large Enterprises Business between 2011 and 2013; and before then Dell’s Multinational Business Group in Northern Europe between 2002 and 2008. 

Claire is also a serving board member of Dell Corporation Limited, supports Dell’s Diversity Agenda across the UK business by executive support and also co-ordinates Dell’s charitable giving agenda for the UK.

Prior to re-joining Dell in April, 2011, Claire was the Global Client Director for BT Group at Microsoft Corp, responsible for Microsoft’s overall business relationship with BT globally, spanning go to market partnerships to consumers around TV, Music and Gaming, and provision of both on premise IT solutions and cloud services to both Government, Enterprises and small and medium businesses.

Claire has also held management roles in the Public Sector and Commercial businesses for Compaq Computer Limited, and held several sales and marketing positions at Mars Group, including running Mars Electronics Northern European Distribution Business.

Claire started life out as an IT professional at ICI PLC, responsible for delivery and support of manufacturing systems, before moving across to an IT role at Mars from which she branched to roles with a more commercial focus. Claire is married with three children, has a BSc in Mathematics and Sports Sciences and an MSc in Computer Sciences, both from Loughborough University of Technology.

Claire played both National League hockey and International Rugby before having children, and retains an active interest in all competitive sports.
