About one week before the meeting you will receive a pre-travel information email containing all information relating to the meeting.
 
Hospitality Costs
For each delegate, the following hospitality costs will be covered:-
1 x Accommodation - €230.00 (which includes bed & breakfast, 10% VAT. Excluded €5.00 city tax per room, per night)
1 x Welcome Dinner - €60.00 ( allowance for 3 course dinner, 1.5 bottle wine, mineral water & coffee)
1 x Meeting Catering Package - €57.20 15th / €50.60 16th - (which includes welcome coffee, morning coffee break, lunch, afternoon coffee break and a contribution to the hire of the catering equipment & 10% Tax)
2 x Car Transfers - €125 each way (this is based on a single person, each way in an individual car - if there are more people in the transfer then the costs will be reduced accordingly. It is anticipated that in most cases, the actual costs will be lower. The costs also vary depending whether arriving into Milan Malpensa or Milan Linate airport)

Transfer from the airport/railway station 
Transfers will be arranged for guests when they arrive in Milan. Full instructions will be included in your joining instructions. If you have any questions prior to your departure or experience any problems during your journey, do not hesitate to contact Victoria Baxter on +31 6 57 94 17 68.
 
Dress code
Dress code is business casual.   
 
Weather
The average temperature in Milan in May is 18.5°C but can range between 9-24°C so please dress appropriately.
 
Health
Italy has an excellent health service. Travelers do not normally require certificates of vaccination or insulation to enter the Italy. It is advisable to check whether your personal or company medical insurance policy covers you while traveling to the Italy. Visitors receiving special medical treatment should bring a medical prescription or a letter of introduction from their family doctor, in case they need to purchase particular medicines.
 
Currency
The Italian currency is the Euro. Credit cards are widely accepted. Banks, Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) can be easily found around the airport and the hotel.
 
Electricity
Standard electrical connection in Italy is 230V at 50Hz. If you are traveling with electrical devices, please bring a European plug adapter with you in addition to your usual chargers.
 
Visas
You may require a visa in order to enter Italy. If you are in any doubt, please contact your nearest Italian consulate.
